This case study focuses on designing a mobile-first sports management app that helps users discover, book, and manage turf slots seamlessly. The goal was to simplify the booking process, reduce friction, and create a smooth end-to-end experience for players and turf owners.  The design emphasizes clear navigation, quick booking actions, and real-time availability, delivering a user-friendly experience tailored for sports enthusiasts.
